Job Descrption:
1. 建立并维护公司AS9100/ISO9001质量管理体系，负责程序文件和相关作业指导书的制定；
Responsible for establish and maintain the organization's AS9100/ISO9001 quality management system , and responsible for the preparation of procedures and work instructions ;
2. 组织质量管理体系培训、质量体系内部审核和过程改进，配合质量体系外部监督审核和用户审核；
Responsible for the organization's quality management system training , quality internal audit and process improvement , assist the external audit of the certification organization and customers;
3. 负责产品设计开发和生产制造过程质量控制，开展产品设计开发和生产制造过程质量保证策划；
Responsible for the quality control of product design and development and manufacturing process , and responsible for the preparation of Quality Assurance Plan in design and development and manufacturing process;
4. 开展产品进货检验、首件检验和成品出厂检验，负责不合格品审理和纠正预防措施制定；
Perform Receiving Inspection ,First Article Inspection and Final Shipping Inspection ,responsible for Non-Conforming material Disposition (MRB) and formulate relevant Corrective & Preventive Action;
5. 负责供应商现场质量审核以及定期的供应商业绩评估。
Responsible for supplier on-site quality audits and seasonal assessment of supplier performance.

Qualification:
1. 全日制本科及以上学历，通信或电子相关专业；
Full-time undergraduate degree or above , communication or electronic related professional
2. 从事民用航空电子系统、设备或软件产品质量管理5年以上经验（有外资企业工作经验者优先）；
Engaged in civil aviation electronic systems , equipment or software product quality management for more than five years experience (with foreign work experience is preferred )
3. 英文良好、办公软件应用良好、沟通能力强、工作责任心强；
With good English and office software applications , with strong communication skills and sense of responsibility;
4. 熟悉行业内相关法律法规及AS9100/ISO9001 标准，具备AS9100/ISO9001内审员资格。
Familiar with the relevant regulations in the industry and AS9100/ISO9001 standard, with the certification of AS9100/ISO9001 internal auditor
