岗位职责 Responsibilities：
1)对与合资公司的业务活动有关的所有信息严加保密（但中国有关机构要求的除外）;
Keep all the information related to the business activities of the joint venture company strictly confidential (unless required by the relevant agency in China);
2)按照工厂要求，开展各项人力资源事宜，与公司业务目标保持一致；
Manage the HR issues in line with business objectives
3)根据工厂招聘政策，开展日常招聘工作，确保招聘工作的有效开展；
Carry out daily recruitment work in line with the factory recruitment policy, ensure the effective work of recruiting;
4)实施集团人力资源政策和程序在工厂内的实施，尤其是佛吉亚卓越体系中的员工激励体系；
Implement Group HR policies and processes within the site, including "Employee Empowerment", part of the Faurecia Excellence System
5)组织员工开展多种形式团队建设，提高工厂员工凝聚力和员工关系；
Organize staff team building activities, enhance plant employee cohesion and relationship
6)根据集团总部要求，按照完成工厂月度、半年度、年度各项人事报表，输出各种报表的数据，并保证系统的及时性和准确性；
In line with Group requirements, complete plant monthly, half-year and annual HR reports on time, output reporting data, ensure system’s promptness and accuracy
7)协助人事经理做好当地政府、法务机构的良好关系维护，遵守当地法律法规，及时配合当地政府各项工作要求；
Assist HR Manager to maintain the relationship with local government and legal institution, obey local laws and regulations, coordinate the working requirements of local government timely
8)向工厂人力资源经理汇报人力资源信息；
Report relevant HR information to HR Manager

资格要求Requirement:
1)大学本科或以上学历；
Above bachelor degree ;
2) 至少有五年以上工作经验，有外资或制造业行业背景优先考虑；
More than 5 years HR function working experiences, prefer in manufacturing industry ;
3) 有人力资源方面的实际操作经验，如招聘、薪资、绩效考核、培训或其它模块；
Have hands-on experience in human resources, such as recruitment, compensation, performance or training,
4)快速问题解决能力；
The Ability to solve problems quickly;
5)学习能力及适用性较好;
Have good learning ability and Strong adaptability;
6)英文听说读写满足工作要求；
English ability can meet the job requirements, including listening, speaking, reading and writing;
7) MS Office操作熟练，特别是excel操作熟练；
Excellent skills in MS Office, especially excel operation skill
