Responsibility:
* Materials management, reviews and aligns forecasts (monthly / quarterly ), stocking appropriate levels and inventory analysis;
* Suppliers management, communicate, evaluation, track and push suppliers performance improvement;
* Customer demand management , oversees and evaluate inventory levels to meet customer expectation, such as lead time ,requested shipping date, do necessary adjustment under urgent situation;
* Production line management, monthly / weekly production schedule , evaluation capacity;
* Monthly shipment plan, manufacturing plan, analyze OTD, booking and backlog, monitor FG & project;
* Prevent waste materials,stationery,water,and electricity and protect nature,follow the Company ESH policies;
* Collaborate with customer and suppliers to minimize material level for phase-in / out;
* Coordinates NPD programs;
* Selects, develops, motivates, and appraises a staff qualified to attain the position objectives;
* Any other tasks as assigned.

Qualification:
* Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant working experience;
* Strong people management skill;
* Proficient in MS office Word, Excel & Power-point;
* Familiar with MRP System, Oracle experience will be preferred;
* Good written and spoken Mandarin and English;
* Good interpersonal and communication skills;
* Detailed, high sense of responsibility.
