Work Responsibility

File Matching (where approved)

• Matching of multiple sources like Siebel, MDb, external list… Matching rules to be agreed between supplier and buyer.
• String matching of different sources: matching of multiple sources using string fields like account name, address, contact name…
• Exact key match of different sources

File Formatting

• Appending/updating fields to MDb extracts
• Eliminating duplicates from external list
• Update fields using specific naming conventions or rules
• Reformatting fields to standard list of values or predefined formats
• Mapping of fields to MDb value standards

List Load Support (for Asia Pacific and Europe)

• Quality assessment of the external sources before GME match
• Prepare UDT for GME matching
• Running Harte-Hanks cleaning queries to enhance the GME matching results
• Prepare UDT for loads and updates
• These request are treated as an ad-hoc request for TAT and SLA Units

Qualification:

At least 2 years’ experience in database marketing, CRM or data analysis.

Excellent master of SQL and MDB experience is preferred.

Good command of English speaking, reading and writing.
