Responsibilities

To develop and maintain a service culture that Makes Every Customer Feel Great

To fully understand and be able to communicate our connected commerce business model to staff and customer

To build a customer data base and support departmental clienteling initiatives

To develop and execute departmental plans, based on Mystery Shopper Feedback, to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty

To work closely with the sales teams to achieve agreed sales and related KPIs

To proactively identifying additional selling opportunities

To support and drive company promotions and in store push programs to achieve and exceed sales targets

To work with buying team to ensure merchandise selection is relevant to the customer profile. Make recommendations for changes and improvement as required

To proactively acquire knowledge of the latest international beauty, fashion and lifestyle trends to share with team

To maintain visual merchandise and housekeeping standards in department

To demonstrate and reinforce the company vision and values and provide strong leadership to the team

To provide coaching to ensure team can meet and exceed the standards and people management requirements of their role

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above
• 8+ years relevant retail experience, ideally in a multi brand luxury environment
• At least 4 years' team management experience
• Excellent team leadership and coaching/training skills
• Self motivated with drive and energy to achieve sales
• Able to work under pressure and a team player
• Fluent spoken and written English and Chinese
