职位描述：

- Integrate of A-MAS software and partner’s base station independently, specific duties are as follows:
能独立完成A-MAS 软件和合作商基站及终端的集成工作，具体职责如下：

- Complete WIMAX/LTE architectural design and system demand analysis of wireless base station or terminal on the basis of different hardware platforms;
完成WIMAX/LTE系统基于不同硬件平台的在无线基站或终端的架构设计与系统需求分析;

- Evaluate system property via analysis、simulation and experiment;
通过分析，仿真和实验来评估系统性能;

- Formulate Improvement requirements of product, evaluate system property and find properties to be perfected with ArrayComm、original equipment manufacturer;
制定产品改进要求，与ArrayComm、原始设备制造商共同评估系统性能并找出系统有待完善的性能;

- Cooperate with engineer team inside and outside the company, complete hard and software of embedded system, formulate system integration scheme and performance assessment system;
与公司内外工程师团队通力合作，完成嵌入式系统软硬件的实现，并同客户一起制定系统集成方案和性能评估测试体系;

- Formulate system integration testing process and test case with research and development group, lead the team carry out system integration scheme and evaluate testing result;
和研发团队共同制定内部系统集成测试流程和测试用例，带领团队执行系统集成测试方案并评估测试结果;

- Help to complete testing scheme approved by clients.
协助完成客户认同的测试方案;

Required profile:
任职要求：

- Master degree in computer or electric engineering, doctoral degree first;
硕士学位，计算机或者电气工程专业；博士学位优先;

- 4 years of development experience in wireless communication industry, 3 years of system engineering experience;
4年以上无线通信行业软件开发经验，3年以上系统工程工作经验;


- Proficient in 3GPP AND WiMAX standard;
精通3GPP和WiMAX标准;

- Extensive work experience in physical layer with wireless communications field;
在无线通信物理层领域有较丰富的工作经验;

- Understanding of Multiple antenna signal processing algorithm (adaptive antenna, MIMO);
了解多天线信号处理算法（自适应天线，MIMO）;

- Extensive work experience in software and hardware design of wireless base station, such as modulator-demodulator 、transceiver and software design in physical layer/MAC layer;
在无线基站软硬件设计方面有丰富的工作经验，例如调制解调器，射频收发器，和在物理层和MAC层的软件设计;

- With experience in developing FPGA、DSP and MATLAB first;

- Strong leadership abilities, and adapt to new work quickly;

- Fluently both in written and oral English.
