职位描述:
1、执行公司基金募集计划及安排，制定和实施募资方案，完成募资目标；
2、针对私募基金等产品特性，建设、拓展和维护销售渠道，提供产品信息和培训；
3、与银行、知名企业、证券、信托、保险、民间资本等相关机构建立联系，保持日常业务沟通与联络；
4、定期参与相关的俱乐部、沙龙等活动，挖掘潜在客户，向其介绍和推荐金融产品，并将潜在客户形成客户清单备案；
5、负责基金发行方案制定、实施，路演活动的策划、协调以及编写募集说明书；
6、开发潜在机构和个人客户，使客户认可并认购基金产品；
7、打造和管理基金管理团队，完成公司募集资金的方案。

任职资格：
1、年龄28- 45岁，男女不限，大专及以上学历，金融、经济、管理或市场营销等相关专业；
2、具有3-5年以上基金、投资银行、投资咨询等相关行业销售管理工作经验；
3、对基金市场各类客户的特点有相当的了解，有能力针对产品特点选择客户并开展营销；
4、具有亲和力，拥有精熟的业务知识和较强的应变能力及谈判能力，能够承受市场与业绩压力；
5、具有良好的敬业精神、创新意识和团队合作精神；
6、熟悉国内私募基金环境，精通私募股权基金业务的各个环节；
7、熟悉私募股权基金的融资技巧及策略 私募股权基金的融资形式、方向及关键因素；
8、掌握私募股权投资基金的组织形式、治理结构、募集程序及会计税收处理与风险防范；
9、熟悉各种类型基金的监管要求、工商注册和业务运作流程，担任过基金经理或证券公司投资业务负责人者优先，主导或参与过私募融资、项目投融资等工作者优先。
