职位描述:
1、负责公司相关项目及资产的档案管理，查证，存档；
2、熟练识别和分析各种风险，提出专业风险防范、规避措施；、
3、负责相关操作项目，资产投融资的审查，并提出风险审查报告；
4、负责客户资信调查、风控评审、风险控制并出具风险审查报告；
5、根据公司相关规定，负责起草相关合同并监督签订过程，相关手续的办理；
任职要求：
1、28-35岁，本科及以上学历，3年以上相关风险控制相关工作经验；
2.法律、金融、经济、管理类专业，文笔较佳，可以独立撰写各种报告；
3.熟悉金融投融资、商业地产、企业并购、金融类法律法规政策；
4.熟悉风险控制的工作的专业知识，对风险评审工作有全面了解，较强的风险识别、洞察能力及严密的逻辑思维能力；
5.责任心强，坚持原则，有良好的团队精神。
