1. 岗位职责
1) 参与基金首发和持续营销的方案策划，对产品和服务进行全面包装，完成公司计划任务与各项考核指标；
2) 负责渠道客户和直销大客户开发与维护，基金产品的营销培训及定期拜访，维护并巩固渠道关系；
3) 服务于渠道和大客户，根据客户的资产规模、预期收益目标、投资偏好及风险承受能力，为客户量身定做资产配置方案；
4) 提供专业、高品质的客户服务，包括：客户认购服务、日常信息服务和客户基金兑付服务等；
5) 以客户需求为核心，积极收集并处理客户的反馈意见，不断为客户提供优质的金融服务，并维护良好的信任关系；
6) 协助总经理进行团队建设及业务拓展工作。
2. 任职要求
1) 金融、经济、营销等相关专业本科或以上学历；
2) 3年以上从事基金、证券、银行理财客户经理、私人银行、信托发行、房地产等相关行业工作经验丰富，具有一定的机构资源，具有广泛的人脉关系；
3) 善于维护和保持与客户的良好关系，优秀的团队合作能力；
4) 具备较强的市场开拓、客户沟通能力，具有较强的公关、谈判能力；
5) 高度的敬业精神，能接受较大压力的工作。
