岗位职责：
1、 负责办理售后客户满意度调查；
2、 负责办理售后客户真实性的回访；
3、 负责办理售前客户相关项目咨询；
4、 负责公司400平台的管理维护及电话回访；
5、 负责公司CRM平台系统的管理及维护；
6、 负责协调各部门，解决并支持营销团队所提出的疑问；
7、 负责将客户的需求及建议向相关部门反馈。
8、 配合领导建立和完善客户服务标准和细则。
9、 完成领导安排的其他工作。
任职资格：
1、教育背景:大学专科以上学历，金融学、金融工程等专业优先考虑；
2、受过客户服务、信托法律法规等方面的培训；
3、金融行业客服工作经验一年以上，较为优秀者可适当放宽；
4、 熟悉信托相关产品发行、售后等所有业务；
5、具有优秀的人际沟通能力和客户常见和突发问题的处理经验；
6、熟悉公司各项业务办理流程，并与各部门建立良好的关系。
7、有较强的敬业精神和良好的团队合作精神；
8、严谨、细致、为人正直，保密意识强，能承受较大工作压力。
