职位描述
岗位职责：
1、 负责根据金融P2P的特点制定整体运营方案；
2、 负责带领团队销售理财产品，完成团队销售业务指标；
3、 负责部门团队的建设及人员的日常管理；
4、 负责与其他部门进行全面的沟通，确保日常工作及业务流程的正常运行；解决营销过程中出现的各种问题，不断提升团队凝聚力和战斗力。
5.有2年以上网络金融运营经验；
任职资格：
1、 金融、市场营销、工商管理等相关专业，本科以上学历；
2、 有五年以上金融行业等相关运营工作经验；
3、 具备良好的沟通合作技巧及丰富的团队建设经验，较强的团队合作精神；
4、 有较强的分析和解决问题的能力，以及执行力。
