Responsibilities:

Source and develop commercial and retail project opportunities

Develop business opportunities with bank, security, trust and insurance companies

Prepare different presentation for clients and deals; help the deal to have a good structure and logic way to present to client

Conduct financial analysis and modelling on the deal

Support the detail work in the deal negotiation and follow different deal negotiation

Active project management and deal closing

Qualifications:

Bachelor degree or Master degree with real estate/finance/marketing/economics focus is plus

Above 2 years Real estate or other business consulting experience, Capital Markets related experience a plus

Knowledge & Experience:

Strong language skills in both English and Chinese

At least 2 years of experience in financing / asset management/real estate investment

Know real estate market in Chengdu

Skills & Personal Qualities:

Strong network of project sourcing

Strong inter-personal skill and team player

Strong analytical, report writing and presentation skills including superior competence in MS Excel, Word and Power point
