Responsibilities
Marketing of OSG services through cold calling, visiting of potential clients and all other possible channels Provision of full range of leasing services from answering enquiries, negotiation of lease terms, pre paration of leasing document such as tenancy agreement to completion of the leasing transaction
Communication with landlord throughout the leasing process
Conduct daily, weekly and monthly report as may be required by Head of Office Agency
Knowledge & Experience
with 3 years Experience of office leasing in Chengdu is an advantage

Skills & Personal Qualities
Basic knowledge of office market in Chengdu
Excellence in the application of word, excel, powerpoint
Good interpersonal skill
Good analytical sense
With “can do” attitude
