职位描述

A/P document management agent
Tasks:
- Invoice Receipt:
Receive & register mail from express; in cases that invoices is incomplete or not valid, send them back with notice
- Qualified-presorting
Sort invoices by entity, remove irrelevant pages, separate stapled pages
- Barcode labeling & Digitizing
label each invoice with barcode, separate invoice copy and verification copy; stack invoices; insert prepared invoices into high-speed scanner, digitize the invoices; visual quality control through scan client, document quantity of digitized invoices and barcode number ranges
- Archiving
Archive invoices (verification copy & invoice copy separately) at physical archive for 6 months, pick out relevant invoices, send invoices back to their ‘home entity’ via post mail
- Manual Invoice Data Entry
Key in invoice data into ERP systems
- Shift Work
There is no arrangement for shift work


Requirement:
- Secondary school level education
- Computer literacy
- Detail oriented
- Diligent and service-oriented work attitude
- CET 4 is not mandatory, but basic writing and reading skill is a big plus.


应付帐款文档管理员
工作内容:
- 接收发票:收取快递并对快递进行登记,发现残缺或无效发票时返还发票并通知客户;
- 发票分类:按公司对发票进行分类,清除无效发票,拆开已订好的发票;
- 贴条形码并扫描 :给发票贴条形码,分类整理发票、凭证复印件;叠发票;使用高速扫描仪将发票扫描成电子档, 并检查扫描件是否清晰准确;
- 发票存档:手动将发票归档(发票复印件与凭证复印件分开)并保存6个月,整理出相关的发票并邮寄回发票所属公司;
- 手动输入发票数据:将发票数据输入ERP系统;
- 无倒班安排。


要求:
- 中专及以上学历
- 基本的计算机操作能力
- 细心,对重复性的工作有良好的适应能力
- 工作勤奋,具有服务导向性
- 基本的英文书写和阅读能力会是较大的优势
