Primary Role:

Promote and sell equipments within an assigned product range or list of customer accounts to meet individual sales targets.

Responsibilities:

Sales coverage for designated accounts in various onshore and offshore oil fields;
Carry out sales & marketing activities using the NOV Sales Best Practice tools;
Provide input to assist with setting sales targets for China;
Provide assistance to service if required for communication between customers and service/engineering center;
Preparation of Tenders/technical proposals in line with customer requirements;
Independently perform NOV presentations to China customers (NOV Profile, SCE, WM etc.);
Clearly clarify all technical and commercial terms with the customer and also back within NOV;
Provide assistance for payment collection if required;
Regularly report customer status and project status;
Ensure compliance of the Company's Business Ethics policies and FCPA.

Competencies:

Networking building skills; Analytical and creative; Strong oral and written communication skills both in Chinese and English; Presentation skills; Customer oriented; Teamwork

Experiences:

Professional Experience:Prefer who has be working in or looking after O&G industry or Shipyard 3 year+ and have related tecnical knowledge

Project Experience:Prefer who has handled projects which last at least 0.5-1 year

Leadership Experience:Prefer who has been as an team leader

Intercultural Experiences:1 year+ in multi cultural working enviromnent.
