GENERAL SUMMARY: A Medium engineer with 3+ years’ software programing experience. The employee will be a backup headcount in CD US Support team. We want an employee who is interesting in technical supporting works and stable in this position.




ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support Engineer is supposed to provide technical support service to US customers. The service includes, answering customers’ questions, resolving customers’ issues, and collecting information for project team or development team.




REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
1) Bleum English Competencies:With the English Competencies of [Bleum English Level 2]
2) Other Competencies: Skills, knowledge, & abilities
Functional Competencies:
Familiarity with C/C++/JAVA programming
Experience with at least one source control system; experience with GIT preferred
Experience with SQL

Interpersonal Competencies:
Problem resolution, strong stress tolerance, good communication and influence and negotiation skills
Work well in a team environment or individually, with a positive attitude
Interact well with customers, technical teams, business owners and project managers


Leadership Competencies:
Follow direction and keep peers and manager informed of progress, changes and issues
Prioritize own activities so that all tasks are completed in a timely manner

3) Experience:
3+ years of experience in Software development including analysis, design, implementation, testing and support
3+ years of industrial experience in C/JAVA/SQL.

4) Minimum educational level:
MS/BS in Computer Science or equivalent
