1. SUMMARY
The Quality Inspector is responsible for the inspection of manufacturing materials and receiving materials.

2. REPORTING
This position reports to QA Manager.

3. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES岗位职责

3.1 Mechanical dimensions measurement & Surface inspection / 机械尺寸及外观检验
3.1.1 Inspection and measure of received materials, Initiating QN-Quality Notification for rejected materials.
来料检验和测量, 发现任何不合格物料填写不符合报告
3.1.2 Inspection and measure of TwinPeak machined products in accordance with quality control and inspection procedures. Initiating QN-Quality Notification for rejected materials.
依据质量控制和检验工艺文件检验和测量双峰生产加工的零件, 发现任何不合格物料填写不符合报告
3.1.3 Final Inspection for the products before shipment. / 产品出货前最终检验
3.1.4 Inspection for testing products, production samples & first articles/试验品、生产样品和首件样品等的检验

3.2 Document &Records /文件和记录
3.2.1 According to the quality system requirements save various quality report, including supplier inspection report, and the formation of self-check report, QC inspection report, etc
根据质量体系要求保存各种质量报告，包括供应商检验报告、生成自检报告、QC检验报告等
3.2.2 Responsible for monthly quality materials and internal production testing results of inputting
负责质量月报来料及内部生产检验结果的录入

3.3 Safety & Quality / 安全与质量
3.3.1 In charge of 5S of QA lab.
负责QA检验室的5S.
3.3.2 Identify opportunities for continuous improvement about quality or safety.
提出任何可持续改善质量或安全的机会

3.4 Other tasks assigned by departmental manager
经理安排的其他任务。


4. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS岗位要求
4.1 Minimum of associate degree in Manufacturing Technology, a former machinist is highly desirable and at least 3 years experience working in Quality inspection and Process quality control area and foreign company similar work experiences is preferred.
机械相关专业大专及以上学历, 3年以上机械加工和质量管理和质量控制工作经验. 有类似外企工作经验者优先
4.2 Experience in interpretation and use of product design drawings and related documentation.
有解释和使用产品设计图纸及相关文件的经验
4.3 Experience in product Inspection & Measurement and understanding of calibration control.
有产品测量,检验并了解校验控制经验
4.4 Experience 5S control procedure.
了解5S控制程序
4.5 Good written and verbal communication skills, with all levels of employees, suppliers and customers.

4.6 Experience with PC and Office systems, including word, Excel, PowerPoint and E mail.

4.7 Experience with ISO9001 and/or ISO13485 quality system requirements， ISO9001 Internal Auditing Certificate is plus.

4.8 The employee must be diligent, work well in teams and under high stress.
