职位描述
岗位职责：
1、游戏功能点、模块的设计和细化，包括相关对话、背景、提示的设计；
2、有一定数值敏感性，具有对系统功能内的部分数值进行设计；
3、对系统功能的设计有预知风险的能力，并能设计妥善处理的方案。
任职资格：
1、大学本科或以上学历；
2、对游戏事业充满热情，具有丰富的游戏经验，4年以上网游经历；
3、有较强的逻辑推理和换位思考能力，思维严谨，善于学习和接受新事物；
4、熟悉市面上主流的3DMMORPG类网络游戏，对3D游戏中的系统设计，数值体系，游戏平衡，玩法趣味和3D表现有独到见解；
5、团队意识强，有良好的语言表达能力和协作沟通能力；
6、学习能力强，熟练掌握Wps&Office、Visio等办公软件；
7、熟悉程序算法者优先。
