Job description / Mission
1.Implement the company’s training and development strategy so that the skills and performance of employees meet the company’s current and future needs
2.Arrange the company’s training and development activities in order to ensure that training activities are conducted efficiently, cost-effectively and in accordance with the company’s policies and standards.
3.Analyze and identify the training and development needs of the company and employees and develop an overall training plan liaise with Line Managers to meet the current and planned human resource requirements of the company
4.Select and manage ongoing relationship with, external consultants and training providers to ensure that the organization receives satisfactory standards of service.
5.Keep up-to-date on developments and innovations in training and education in industry so that the organization’s training activities remain current and relevant.
6.Review and improve orientation program on a regular basis, including the process, presentation documents, staff’s feedback, effectiveness, etc, to help new employees build up the commitment from the beginning .
7.Support global and division competence model implementation, HR projects introduction. Participate Talent Development process;
8.Assist HR Manager to constitute HR policies, such as employee manual, training management policies, HR projects and so on.
Experience Requirements
1.Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience, major in Human Resourse or related area;
2.A minimum of 5 years of working experience in Manufacturing, in a similar role;
3.Strong communication, presentation and training facilitation skills;
4.Mature, sound judgment and good analytical skills
5.Excellent command in English and Chinese, both written and spoken is a must.
6.Good problem solving skills
