Job Description:
？ Lead leadframe related or other cost saving or quality improvement projects starting from the feasibility study to final
execution.
？ Work with BU for project strategy alignment and execution.
？ Work with finance, planning, production and logistics for smooth projects execution.
？ Work with BU quality and Wuxi process engineers for qualification plan and process parameters definition.
？ Work with reliability lab for qualification progress track.
？ Work with FA engineers for failure analysis and failure mechanism conclusion.
？ Present the project achievement and progress in milestone review meeting and document the results in data system.
？ Coach junior engineers.

Job Requirement:
？ Minimum bachelor degree in engineering, material or mechanical engineering preferred, MS degree is a plus.
？ 5+ years working experience in leadframe design, manufacturing or application.
？ Familiar with the whole semiconductor assembly and test process.
？ Experienced in FMEA, control plan and 8D, etc.
？ 2+ years project management experience preferred.
？ Previous training experience in DOE, SPC etc, GB or BB preferred.
？ Strong communication skill in Chinese/English or German.
？ Good team work and constructive problem solving skills.
？ Good documents maintenance experience.
？ Willing to work under pressure.
？ Accept flexible working hours if needed.
