Job Description:
？ To provide equipment support, within a framework of agreed budgets and sectional guidelines with the objective of ensuring
machine uptime and efficiency to enable smooth production run on TF process
？ TF Equipment management
a. Support for machine trouble-shooting, solution generation & implementation
b. Support machine PM planning& implementation
c. Support Equipment documentations &updates.
d. Support existing machine improvement implementation
e. Support machine OEE improvement, yield loss reduction.
？ TF maintenance cost management
a. Support maintenance cost reduction project
b. Setup in house repairing capability .
？ TF maintenance people management
a. Responsible for L Maintenance group competences development on system.
？ TF support function
a. Support process / quality department on 8D report
b. Support EE department on line transfer and new equipment buyoff .
？ Safety: strictly follow company regulation .

Job Requirement:
？ Min >5 years relevant experience in TF machine or process.
？ Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
？ Communication skills.
？ Problem solving and analytical skills on TF.
？ Knowledge of TF equipment and process.
