Job Description:
？ Drive ZD @ Supplier.
？ Supplier complaint and abnormality management: SCAR, RMA.
？ Manage improvement programs: gap analysis, purchasing spec, failure catalogue, drawing alignments, incoming pareto
reductions.
？ New supplier and material qualification, safe launch and ramp.
？ Supplier audits and assessments.
？ Incoming supplier abnormal material handling.

Job Description:
？ Degree in Engineering (mechanical, material, chemical or electronic).
？ Minimum 3 years working experience in semiconductor field.
？ Good command in both Written and Oral English.
？ Experienced in supplier quality management.
？ Possess strong problem solving skill; analytical and able to present data-driven proposals or thought process.
？ Well versed in 8D problem solving approach and able to lead cross-functional team in solving quality issues.
？ Competent in Quality System and Tools; ISO/TS16949, SPC, Control Plan, FMEA, MSA/Calibration, FA, Statistics, QC tools.
？ Able to communicate effectively and constructively both locally and with international professional.
？ Good team player; able to work interdependently with others.
？ Ability to perform under stress and in situational conflicting work environments.
？ Self-driven and motivated. Meticulous and competent decision maker.
