？ Job Description:
？ Work together with IFX R&D and suppliers for new materials roadmaps.
？ Lead materials selection for NPI.
？ Provide support for material related issues during manufacturing.
？ Work with quality and process engineers for qualification plan and process parameters definition.
？ Work with quality and process engineers for customer complain root cause identification.
？ Lead materials related cost saving or quality improvement projects starting from the feasibility study to final execution.
？ Productivity improvement inclusive but not limited to:
- improvement opportunity.
- New process sharing/ benchmarking.
- Process robustness. 8.Coach junior engineers.
？ Job Requirement:
？ Minimum bachelor degree in materials sci & eng, preferred in organic material, MS/PHD degree is a plus.
？ Familiar with the semiconductor assembly process.
？ 5+ years working experience in molding process or mold compound materials.
？ Experience in bonding wire (Cu or Au), leadframe or packing materials is a plus.
？ Rich materials analysis experience, such as SEM/EDX, DSC, Auger, SIMS, FTIR, etc.
？ Experienced in FMEA, control plan and 8D, etc.
？ Previous training experience in DOE, SPC etc, GB or BB preferred.
？ Strong communication skill in Chinese/English.
？ Good team work and constructive problem solving skills.
？ Good documents maintenance experience.
？ Willing to work under pressure.
？ Accept flexible working hours if needed.
