Job description:
? Assembly line quality control: Set up and maintain quality control system in shop floor, supervises process and products quality. Analyzes defects in process, products and procedures, quick reaction to any non-conformities to maintain quality standards.
? Change management: Fully engage in change management, play an active role in project team via APQP process, submit PPAP documents to customer for approval.
? Problem solving and continuous improvement: Utilizes performance, test and inspection data to investigate root causes for product nonconformance, customer complain and field problems, plays an active role in problem resolution. Continuously improve and value add to process. CIP program participating.
? Training: Development of quality training programs for employees, conduct training through formal and informal method, evaluation of employees skills. Customer complain is alert to line in a quick response. Training such as cross training, participation in Kaizen events and classroom training. Quality alert and lesson learned shared to all employees.
? Customer communication: Delivery of necessity information to customer, share information form customer to the team. For any customer complain, play a significant role as a leader to be sure problem is solved timely, using proper quality tools. Submit 8D report to customer.
? Warranty: Develops, implements, and manages strategic and tactical programs to achieve budgeted warranty levels. Responsible for warranty analysis and corrective action programs. Communicates quality/warranty performance data to all relevant plant personnel for corrective action.
? Customer Specs and requirement: Interfaces with customer service and engineering to assist in design and contract reviews to ensure customer quality requirements are understood and incorporated.
? Other responsibilities as assigned by superior leader.
Qualification:
?Bachelor Degree with major in mechanical or related manufacture / Engineering.
?Have 5+ years of experience in mechanical manufacture, 2+ years mechanical assembly line in quality/ manufacturing function.
Automotive experience. OEM or Tier 1 in an international company is preferred.
Working knowledge of ISO9001/TS16949 requirements
General understanding of AIAG core tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, etc.), process audit, product audit.
Understand Quality Engineering tools able to assess use of Quality and Manufacturing processes, POKE-YOKA, SIP, etc.
?Have strong problem-solving skills.
?Written and verbal skills in English highly desirable.
?Good leader ability, Good team player.
