RESPONSIBILITIES
? Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual forecast & actual analysis report to HQ.
? Support the plant in annual business plan creation and budget control.
? Complete the monthly forecasting process by compiling forecasting models and loading the data into corporate Hyperion system
? Prepare adequate financial analysis for the supporting the plant
? Create robust project expense tracking mechanism to support project team
? Ensure the plant financial controls / systems are robust and effective including SOX Compliance
? Preparation of capital appropriation request
? Cost Analysis & control.
? Support plant and BD in business case creation and review.
? Ensure that all accounting policies, procedures, and schedules are adhered to relevant plants or BUs
? Internal Control Procedure. Improvement on system
? Develop and implement ERP Business On project
? Management of Finance department.


QUALIFICATIONS
? Bachelor degree in finance or accounting or above
? Minimum of 5 years relevant work experience in MNC of manufacturing industry.
? Strong financial analysis ability.
? Fluent English Communication Skills
? Proficient in MS Office especially Excel & PowerPoint
? Solid Experience of ERP system-SAP preferred.
? Experience of SOX.
? Knowledge of Hyperion system will be desirable.
? Be familiar with PRC GAAP, US GAAP, Tax/SAFE rules.
? Motivated to achieve increased responsibility, meet deadlines, and processing both the ability and commitment to work effectively.
? Ability to organize and manage multiple projects.
? Uncompromising judgment towards confidentiality and business ethics.
? Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
? Self-motivated and result oriented
