RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Maintain and improve the system of ISO/TS16949, ISO14001&OHSAS18001.
2. Responsible for internal and external audit such as third party audit, customer audit, process audit, product audit, Layer process audit.
3. Responsible for internal process improvement and quality problem trouble shooting
4. Deal with customer complaint
5. Responsible for quality reporting such as monthly report, weekly report for internal defect rate, external PPM
6. Comply with quality requirements from customer/headquarter internally and systematically.
7. Support deployment of the quality tool and best practice, Internal quality tool and procedure training
8. Documents controlling.
9. Other tasks assigned by manager.


QUALIFICATIONS

1. Bachelor degree majored in Mechanics or Electronics.
2. Minimum 5 years professional experience in automotive quality system.
3. Good experience on Quality System TS16949 and ISO14000&18001 ,
familiar with APQP,PPAP,FMEA,SPC,MSA,8D report,5 why, etc.
4. Fluent English and communication skills.
