The aim of the position is:
? To take care of the complete life cycle of an assigned group of products
? To take part to the development of new products (R&D projects) in order to :
o define all product specifications according to customers requirements,
o lead the introduction of new products.

Product strategy

Support strategic studies for his range/technology of products.

Product development pro-jects

Be responsible for the specifications (TOPH) of new products according to current and future customer requirements as well as to the system and prod-uct strategy.
Balance range complexity and local customer expectations.
Check that product concept, product name and product design are in line with the brand values.
Define with the markets the right price positioning and suggest better business opportunities.
Develop product argumentation of new products according to targeted cus-tomers.
Lead the market introduction of new products.

Life cycle Management

Monitor sales volumes, prices and market development of his product tech-nology.
Maintain an ongoing competitor analysis.
Support internal and external customers concerning special requirements.

Relationship with others

Develop strong relationship with local product managers of NSCs and R&D project teams.

Corporate Governance:

Compliance with all regulations and directives of Vaillant Group (such as Cor-porate Governance Manual and Rules of Procedures) in the current version.

Education /
Know-how and experience:

? Degree of technical or economic engineering.
? At least 3 years of work experience, ideally in product management
? Good communication skills
? Very good language skills, at least English
