职位描述

Accomplish accounting human resource objectives by orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching employees
通过定向、培训、分配、调度及指导员工，实现财务人力资源目标

Manage all daily accounting and taxation operations
负责所有日常会计及税务业务

Check all subsidiary reports and the reconciliation between subsidiary accounts and GL accounts
核查所有明细账，并确保明细账与总账一致

Coordination with other functional colleagues in daily work and developing financial and regulatory policies
负责协调与其他功能性部门或同事的日常事务，维护并完善财务及监管政策

Prepare month and year end closing to meet all deadlines and internal/external reporting requirements
负责月度及年末结账，确保按时并满足内外部报告要求

Monthly KPI input and management documents preparation
负责编制月度KPI，及管理所需文件资料

Manage financial continuous improvement projects
负责财务持续改进项目

任职要求
College graduated above, major in accounting or financial management
大专以上学历，会计、财务管理类专业

Minimum 5 years experience in multinational companies related to manufacturing field, with hands-on operation finance experience
不少于5年跨国制造业企业会计实务工作经验

Additional practical experience as Finance Supervisor in the field of accounting, tax work or system implementation in a modern business environment
曾任财务主管，具备会计、税务及在现代商业环境中实施财务系统的实务经验

Intermediate accountant certificate issued by the Ministry of Personnel is requisite
必须具备中级会计师资格证书

ERP experience is compulsory, with solid PC skills in
必须具备ERP经验，熟练掌握Microsoft Office等计算机操作

Excellent interpersonal skills and must be a self-directed team player with a high level of motivation
具备优秀的人际沟通技巧，而且必须是自我导向、积极主动的团队球员

Capable of working within a changing environment with an ability to prioritize issues with minimum resources
能够在不断变化的环境中工作，并能以最少的资源按优先次序处理事务

Fluent English speaking, writing and reading.
流利的英语口语，及英语读写能力。
