职位描述:
工作职责:
1. Be responsible for taking customer orders
负责接受销售订单

2. Be responsible for working with Production or Trading Purchasing to prepare FG
负责与生产以及贸易采购协调，准备产品

3. Be responsible for working with Logistics to deliver FG to customers
负责与物流协调，向客户发货

4. Be responsible for coordinating customer complaints
负责协调客户投诉

5. Be responsible for assisting sales to quote to customers
协助销售向客户报价

6. Be responsible for analyzing sales data.
负责销售数据分析

7. Be responsible for all dept reports
准备部门相关报表

8. Be responsible for team management including goal setting, cost control, people management like recruitment, training, daily work management, performance appraisal, etc.
负责团队管理，包括团队目标的制定；团队成本的控制，团队成员的招聘、培训、日常工作管理、业绩评估等

9. Finish all the other work appointed by superior.
完成上级交付的所有其他工作

任职要求:
1. Bachelor and above without major limitation.
本科以上学历，专业不限。

2. Min 2 years Customer Service working experience in manufacturing industry (Automotive preferred) with min 1 year people management experience
2年以上制造行业（汽车行业优先）客户服务工作经验，至少1年人员管理工作经验。

3. Be familiar with ERP system.
熟悉ERP系统的运作。

4. Be familiar with TS16949.
熟悉TS16949。

5. Strong leadership skill
优秀的领导力

6. Strong coordination and communication skill
良好的合作及沟通能力。

7. Fluent in both oral and written English as well as good computer skill.
较强的英语口语及书写能力，熟练掌握计算机操作。
