岗位职责(Job description)：

1. Be responsible for the maintaining of the new plant and new added construction for new project
2. Well manage the whole process of the project, ensure the project finish in time;
3. Well manage the construction contractor(s) to ensure compliance with relative regulations of company and country;
4. Be responsible for the construction , equipment maintaining , service provided in good quality and safety; Well manage the construction cost;
5. Well manage the construction cost from new added project, indirect maintaining cost , service providing for production
6. Be responsible for relative legal documentation of the new projects
7. Re responsible for property management after construction, power, water, air and so on to keep operation in order
8. Be responsible for work out the TPS and keep all the equipment and flowing line in good control , Fire protection and emergency treatment
9. Act as a 5S promoting team member to implement SHE policy and standards, ensure compliance with local legislation.
10. Develop employee SHE training.
11. Participate in other departments SHE related projects.
12. Take care of other SHE related issues.
13. Maintain the ISO14001 & OHSAS18001 systems.

15. Develop the strategy in sustainable to meet Atlas Copco standard

岗位任职能力与资格要求(Competence and qualification)：

Experience requirements
1. Above 5 year’s relative working experience in manufacturing enterprise, above 3 years relative working experience in maintenance department and construction project management experience will be preference,
2. Good experience of project management, have a good relationship with related government department.
Knowledge
Good English and computer skills.


Educational requirements
Bachelor degree or above，majoring in construction or relative area.
Personality requirements
Good planning, implementation, communication, coordination and leadership skills
Good team player with strong sense of responsibility.
