Job Description:
？ Drive overall yield improvement in Discrete, develop and generate yield reporting system and yield monitoring / indicate system.
？ Leading team to improve product analysis capability and understanding for technology and parameters.
？ Lead a team in test program development, execution, process evaluation, simplification and improvement.
？ Non-conforming product analysis and disposition, timely availability of analysis results and solutions.
？ Enhance yield monitoring system in supporting smooth production and effective deviation prevention & detection.
？ Product yield improvement, test program optimization & test time reduction.
？ Co-work with the design center, Frontend, Backend and Process Integration for new product test development for volume
production.
？ Technical support for new customer/new product, timely availability of test programs.
？ New testing equipment, new testing system introduction.
？ Support test equipment upgrading/optimization in meeting quality requirement.


？ Job Requirement:
？ At least 8 years related working experience in semiconductor design or product test engineering environment.
？ Degree in Electronic Engineering discipline.
？ Solid knowledge of semiconductor assembly or test Engineering process/equipment technical know-how.
？ Good Quality system and statistical analysis knowledge (6Sigma Green Belt will be better).
？ Rich experience in people management & leadership skill.
？ Good command of English in written and verbal.
