PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Identify new opportunities and resource requirement to grow business from market and product perspective
2. Ensure the products offered by Heatcraft meet and/or exceed the expectations of the customers and the general market place with respect to pricing, features and quality.
3. Proposal, selection and prioritization of Product Development projects to best meet strategic and business plan objectives of division
4. Justify the ‘Business Case’ for each product range and manage its introduction through the ‘Stage Gate Process’
5. Investigate and lead project teams for the development or implementation of new products that have adequate representation from all relevant company functions.
6. Prepare and maintain the technical details for the company’s brochures and technical literature. Provide assistance to the Marcom on the best way of presenting the literature.
7. Establish and maintain the list pricing structure of the company’s product ranges in line with the strategic objectives that have been set.
8. Develop and maintain detailed product sales market intelligence and support the development of an effective market, product and competitor data base
9. Analyse product and product group sales performance and recommend product enhancements, marketing initiatives and other actions which will enhance sales performance and customer satisfaction – implement approved programs
10. Support the development of new products and product enhancements, ensuring effective management of product launch and post launch sales and support initiatives
11. Develop and implement product education and awareness programs for sales and support staff
REQUIREMENTS
1. Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering or above.
2. At least 3 years of experience in refrigeration/HVAC products of project management, marketing, sales, application engineering.
3. Excellent project management skills with the ability to deal with multiple projects concurrently
4. Good communication skill and capability of working with function teams.
5. Demonstrated skills of data analysis, summary and presentation.
6. Good at oral or writing in English and mandarin.
