Sandvik in Beijing is seeking for a Finance Manager, Shared Services.

Sandvik is a high-technology, engineering group with advanced products and a world-leading position within selected areas. The position would directly report to CFO, below please refer to the job description:

Job purpose:
· Responsible for all financial accounting functions in Shared Service Center in Shanghai
· Responsible for ensuring execution of agreed activities in respect Shared Services and implementation of GFSS as directed by the group

Key performance areas:
· Manager for Shared Service Finance Team in Sandvik China Holding in Shanghai which covers GL, Fixed Assets, AP and AR functions
· Responsible for Finance process and execution of this in line with group guidelines and timetables
· Responsible for execution of Shared service integration in line with GFSS initiative to develop the Shared Service Finance concept in Greater China further also covering units which today are not included.

Your profile:
· University degree on preferably Master Level in Finance area
· Extensive experience from multinational corporations broadly within Finance Area
· Experience from complex organizations (matrix environment, several legal entities)
· Experience from establishing procedures, processes and setting up Finance Systems
· Experience from being member and working in management team is a plus
· Experience from setting up Shared Service Centers in Finance internally or outsourcing Finance work is a plus
· Fluent in Mandarin and English
· High ethical standards and personal integrity
· Good communication and training skills
· Analytical skills
· Extensive experience within finance area in particular regarding processes and systems but also from Financial Accounting, Business Controlling and preferable also Tax and Treasury.
· Excellent management skills
· Business oriented
· Knowledge of related finance systems, especially SAP
