Job Responsibilities:
-Be responsible for machining equipment set up and final acceptance
-Lead technician to solve problem and analyze root cause
-New product sample trial run
-Optimize existing manufacturing process to meet good quality, output increase and cost reduction.
-Compile and manage manufacturing documentation, e.g. drawing, PFMEA, CP, WI.
-Be responsible for manufacturing line relocation
Requirements:
-Familiar with machining process and cutting tools of automotive components
-Able to operate and program CNC machine, Bosch Rexroth, Siemens and Fanuc control system are preferred
-Able to understand and apply problem solving tool, e.g. 8D,A3,KT,FTA
-Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering or related
-3-5 years quality working experiences in automotive industry
-Fluent English
