职位描述
Job Responsibilities
1,Enable suppliers understand technical specification and direct modifications of components or assemblies, Insure supplier tooling, machines & processes are optimized, ensure conformance with engineering design and performance specifications
2,Insure part quality and inspection methods are adequate and correlate to other Printronix factories
3,Assist supplier management in validating supplier quotes and to insure prices increases are minimal and justified.
4,Assist supplier management with supplier sourcing and survey
Job Qualifications
1,Bachelor’s degree or above, with related professional training is preferred
2,Strong hands-on experience with part design & mold/tooling construction for machined, die cast, injection molded, extruded, ground, and sheet metal components
3,Understands technical part drawing and geometric tolerancing, familiar with SPC data collection and analysis
4,Understands proper use of inspections equipment including but net limited to calipers,micrometers,height gages,optical comparators, and coordinate measuring machine
重点：候选人要有精密机械加工的经验，这种经验是指从事过机械工艺配置，特别是冷加工，熟知加工设备和方法，而不是大概知道供应商有哪些设备和工艺，只是做质量和性能测试验收。这个职位需要懂得看原始设计图纸和转换成本地习惯的图纸。但是并不用从事大量的设计工作。我们公司的机器零件尺寸公差要求很高，不少零件用微米来要求。
