PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Daily invoice issuance （including VAT invoice ,business tax invoice and invoice adjustment）
Daily collection follow-up and booking
Sales report, AR report and Aging report and analyse
Commission / rebate/ Warranty/ Bad debt accrual
Maintain and update company credit policy
Actual result and QRC report upload into Hyperion system
Capex Report checking from Hyperion system
Intercompany reconciliation with overseas
Work with sales team for dispute item and overdue invoices
Conduct monthly accounts reconciliation



REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor Degree holder on Accounting or Finance
Minimum 2 years finance working experience in Manufacturing Business
Good English skills
Excellent Computer skills – MS Office: Excel/Word/Power point and ERP
Good Team working ability and communication skill
