Responsibilities:

1. To assist manager(s) to handle and process payroll data of clients'companies;
2. To review monthly reports in connection with the clients'payroll, benefits and administration of social insurance, housing fund data etc;
3. To monitor the daily work performed by junior staff;
4. To support manager(s) in development and management of an effective and responsive payroll function to the clients;
5. To provide guidance and direction to payroll teams to ensure consistency in application of policies and practices on C&B.
6. To assist manager(s) to handle all other related works as assigned.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree with at least 5 years experience of which 2 years of solid payroll and C&B experience at supervisory grade, preferably with international companies;
2. Conversant with prevailing Labor Laws and related legislation;
3. Excellent command of both written and spoken English;
4. Detail-minded, analytical with excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills;
5. Proficiency in MS Office application.
