职位描述

Responsibilities:

Tasks for Chengdu office:

1. Receive, transfer and screen incoming phone calls accurately and appropriately;

2. Greet incoming visitors in due manner;

3. Sort out, acknowledge and record all the incoming faxes, letters and mails and distribute them to responsible person timely;

4. Be responsible for courier express delivery and mail of both home and abroad;

5. Be responsible for office equipment and stationary purchase;

6. Maintain office facilities and supplies to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of office support services;

7. Supervise cleaners to maintain fair office environment;

8. Assist in Company events, including annual party, outing, etc;

9. Registry and coordinate for seminar and events;

10. Other ad hoc work assigned by managers.


Tasks for all China offices:

1. Staff travel arrangement including air tickets booking, hotel reservation, transportation arrangement etc;

2. Coordinate/ negotiate with the vendors for ordering the marketing material, stationery etc and check the account of vendors monthly.

Requirements

1. Diploma or Bachelor degree, majoring in Secretary/English/Business Administration is preferred;

2. Good written and oral English skill;

3. Related working related experience in MNC is preferred;

4. Experience in Company Secretarial is preferred;

5. Excellent communication skill.
