Job Description

职位描述

1. Be responsible for invoice purchase at retail stores

负责当地零售门店的发票购买

2. Generate and analyze on reconciliation from actual invoices usage to budget invoice usage

通过发票使用量来分析并制定发票使用预算

3. Make sure blank invoices inventory are kept at safety level

确保有充足的发票可以使用

4. Submit invoice summary report to Global Service Center

向全球服务中心提供发票信息报告

5. Issue special VAT invoice and mail the invoice to customers

向顾客开具增值税专用发票并安排发送给客户

6. Collect the required information from customers

向客户收集开票需要的相关信息

7. Attending Compulsory Tax Training / Seminar

参加有关税务法规的培训及研讨会

8. Act as Contact Point with Tax Authorities and liaise with the relevant Tax Bureau Officer

担任我公司与税务局的联络人，并与相关税务局工作人员有很好的沟通

9. Other important assignments

完成其他上级交办的重要工作

Required

任职要求

1. Above junior college degree, and major in Accounting, Tax or Finance is preferred

大专及以上学历，会计、税务或财务专业优先

2. Over 3 years working experience on Accounting, Tax or related field

有超过3年会计、税务或相关工作经验

3. Excellent spoken and written English

具有良好的英语听说读写的能力

4. Good communication skills and team-spirit

具有良好的沟通能力及团队精神

5. Good command of computer and related software

熟练操作计算机及相关办公软件

6. Be responsible, honest, patient and have strong learning skills
