工作地点：成都远洋太古里项目

主要工作职责及目标：

· 负责巡查商业，写字楼及周边区域，以确保其保持清洁、有序且安全；

· 客户服务工作；

· 根据值班团队经理的指示，执行具体工作。

技能、资质及工作经验等方面的要求：

· 高中及以上学历，普通话流利，具有英文基础优先，持有物业管理许可“物业管理从业人员岗位证书”或同等资格认证优先；

· 身体健康，无不良嗜好，沉着稳重；

· 一年以上大型物业企业或大型商业安保工作经验；

· 了解客户服务流程及安全管理；

· 有较强抗压能力；

· 倒班工作制。
