Duties & Responsibilities
1.As the plant packaging engineer, work closely with R&D, Supply Chain, Operation, Quality to optimize the packaging process, deploy the packaging design, new material change.
2.Utilize the scientific method and Product Quality Architecture (PQA) to understand the root cause and build the permanent solution in system to solve packaging problems.
3.Identify, scope, and implement quality improvement, cost reduction and safety improvement projects in the packaging process.

Experience/Skills/Competences
1.Minimum 3 years packaging process engineer experience in manufacturing plant. Have knowledge of industry processes & methods
2.Familiar with process/quality/cost control and improvement tools such as DMAIC, Six Sigma, KT, SPC, DOE, etc.
3.Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively across the organization
4.Strong technical curiosity and be able to work on multi-tasks
5.Willing to travel based on project needs

Education/Knowledge Requirement
1.Bachelor’s degree or above
2.Major in packaging or mechanical engineering.
