岗位职责：

1.根据需求文档,完成设计,开发,单元测试及交付工作。
2.指导初级开发人员的开发工作。
3.主持或参与系统的核心设计。
4.完成上级指派的其他工作。

任职要求：
1.计算机相关专业本科及以上学历。
2.对软件架构尤其是B/S架构有深入的理解和丰富的应用实践；有不少于3年的软件设计、开发实践经验；至少全过程参加过一次大型应用软件/软件项目，并在其中担当重要角色。

3.熟练掌握前端应用开发技术和J2EE相关技术。
4.对 Struts1.X, Struts2, Xdoclet, Log4j, Ant and Spring等开源工具和架构, 有深入的理解和开发实践.

5.熟悉Oracle数据库。
6.有丰富的IBM WebSphere或BEA
WebLogic的使用经验。
7.良好的编程习惯、文档编写及管理能力。
8.良好的职业操守, 沟通能力、协作能力，可承受较大的工作压力,有意愿从事金融行业软件的开发。

9.有良好的英语沟通能力。
