Accounting matters
Maintain in SAP the accounting and reporting system set up.
Supervise the data input in SAP
Carry out month end closing procedure
Handle the collection of funds and effect payments
Manage the banking and petty cash
Assist with the Treasury management and related reporting
Handle netting procedures including the upload and download of data between Co-Process and SAP.
Handle balance sheet reconciliations
Prepare monthly profit and loss reports for the various cost centers
Prepare and submit timely financial and statistical reporting for HO reporting.
Prepare budgets, business plans, variance analysis and ad hoc analytical reports.
Compliance matters
Ensure compliance with Group policies and required accounting standards.
Ensure compliance with local statutory regulations for maintenance of company secretarial records and filing of statutory returns.
Ensure compliance with local tax regulations including submission of tax filing.
Liaising with Internal and External Auditors
Requirements
4-5 years working experience, MNC is preferred
Sound knowledge of Accounting
Cost accounting skills
Can communicate in Chinese & English both verbally and in writing
Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
