Responsibilities:
1. Lead / administrate/training the Manufacturing Engineering team to achieve project target
2. Responsible for production engineering from NPI to mass production
3. Develop new and derivative process
4. Perform yield data analysis for BE/FATP production
5. Plan and arrange preventive and force maintenance on plant machinery and attend to machine and process problem.
6. Drive continuous improvement programs through Cost Reduction, Yield, Machine downtime and process/productivity optimization
7. Work with customer service to resolve customer complaints

Requirements:
1. Bachelor Degree in Electrical/Mechanical engineering
2. Minimum of 10 years experience in product/process engineering and 4 years experience in team management
3. Extensive knowledge of Manufacturing Engineering philosophies and processes
4. Expert in systems which supports the Manufacturing Engineering functional process
5. Experience in automation machine
6. Process leadership and project management skill
7. Good English/Chinese communication
8. Strong analytical troubleshooting, analytical, and problem solving skills.
9. Self-motivated, flexible, hardworking and demonstrates leadership skills
