Reporting to: The function reports to an Sales Manager.
Authorities (non-quantitative aspects)
- Price level for different customers within guidelines
- Customer calls and visits
- Select target customers
- Activities for developing new customers and keeping relation with existing customers
- Draw up sales strategy for own accounts
Basic education: Bachelor's degree
Particular Specializations:
- Basic financial knowledge

- English: read, understand, write and speak

Permanent accountabilities:
Accountability 1
In close consultation with his direct superior, contribute to the defining and executing (after approval of
the direct superior) of a tactical commercial and competitive client approach/plan in order to transform
opportunities into incremental sales relations.
Accountability 2
Scan, analyze and study the market issues and opportunities, identify and understand the specific needs
of potential strategic business partners in order to develop the client portfolio.
Accountability 3
Build (strategic) relationships with external parties (key accounts, R&D responsible at clients, industry
and trade associations,) and internal partners (local GM, within other Business and Support units (i.e.
Engineering)) in order to represent the division towards the right forums, organizations, target clients
and others in order to facilitate a fertile basis for Vitalo's image and business.
Accountability 4
Act as a key-player between the market and the engineering department and to a lesser degree
between the market and operations (production, quality, logistics) in order to guide clients' projects
successfully through the internal Vitalo organization.
Accountability 5
Execute various sales actions within the assigned region or industry in order to meet the team sales
targets.
