JOB PURPOSE

Implement and maintain effective IT solutions to safeguard systems and data from unauthorized access, physical harm,computer viruses, ensure system run smoothly.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

1.Implement and maintain effective IT solutions to solve business unit ob-jectives.

2.Manage the IT functions in accordance with company policies and busi-ness objectives.

3.Install and monitor appropriate security procedures to safeguard systems and data from unauthorized access, physical harm, computer viruses, and damage to data.

4.Assist departments in the utilization of the IT infrastructure to improve their efficiency.

5.Analyze and solve computer problems, test and implement cost-effective solutions and provide support for efficient daily operations of the computer network environment.

6.Actively participates in the decision making process in selecting the local, long distance and network carriers.

7.Install and upgrade software and hardware as required.

8.Manage the planning, implementation and maintenance of the unit's bu-siness management software. internal systems.

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES

1.IT knowledge: operation system, network system, database system

2.Fluent in English

3.Strong communication / negotiation / coaching / training / and presentation skill

4.At least 3 years experience in IT field or related

5.Education:College.English:CET4
