Job Description:

1. Investigate and analyze process quality problems affecting production

2. Provides technical support to Engineer, Quality and reliability test

3. Support quality engineer performing inspection and testing activities to ensure continuous control on product.

4. Assists in line buy off, control run test, packaging qualification and writes summary reports on tests

5. Plans, promotes, and organizes training activities relates to product quality inspection criteria, one part of company QRQC.

6. Prepare review and processes QIP reports and records including rejection reports, quality control charts, laboratory reports, receiving reports, quality control reports, etc.

7. Weekly/Monthly line readiness audit to ensure ISO Quality Management System is not compromised/Follow up nonconformance items of QEAP.

8. Perform 5S housekeeping duties in area of work

9. Establish and maintain positive and professional working relationship with operation departments

Requirments:

1. High school at least and Associate Degree is plus
2. 1 to 2 years experience in industrial inspections or quality control , good training and experience in FLEX manufacturing, familiar with IPC standard of IPC-610, IPC-6013, IPC-TM-650
3. Excellent interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills

4. Basic knowledge of English and good command of computer in Microsoft Office Excel, Word and PowerPoint
