职位描述
Job Description:
1. Follow up with internal and external customer for quality performance.
2. General customer complaints and RMA handle.
3. Maintain and optimize process quality improvement system.
4. Contact window for external customer to meet customer requirement.
5. Follow up to make sure corrective action were implemented at process.

Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree of engineering with Electronics, Material Engineering or Mechanical, chemical engneering;
2. Minimum 3 years experience in process and customer quality area. Experience in PCB/FPC is a plus;
3. Familiar with advanced product quality planning (APQP) and/or project quality management; In depth knowledge of quality tools such as SPC, PPAP, MSA and FMEA, process capabilities, data collections and presentations.
