岗位职责

1.整合已有的资源及以往活动经验，针对客户的活动要求，做出方案的整体规划，创意性思路及想法；
2.精准把握客户需求的同时具备灵活的方案沟通能力可以不断跟进方案直至达成，具备独立优秀的提案能力；
3.引导设计人员进行相关的活动设计及创作；
4.对外擅长处理与客户的工作关系，对内亦可协调设计与执行及其他相关部门之间的工作关系。
5.必要时可配合参与活动执行。



岗位要求：
1.五年以上相关工作经验，能用英文书写正常工作邮件
2.有能源、医药、化工、金融行业及奢侈品行业工作经验者优先
3.具备品牌策略观念，创作视野开阔
4.良好语言表达和沟通能力，具备团队思维
5.具备良好的专业能力，有可以追溯的成功经验
6.创作欲望强烈，创意构思独特、表现力强，具有良好的团队协作精神
