我们提供的机会

• Recommend solutions(Product combinations and applications) to customers and sales team though technical support
• Handle and summarize technical complaints dna troubleshooting
• Support technical leader in corresponding technical competence group to provide technical training and develop current and new product or application solution with technical team and business
• Update systematic current and new product application test for customer and product development, collecting, analysing and benchmarking for competition products to help the business understand the market and report to management on a regular basis
• Report application issues within the team and business

我们寻找的人才

• Bachelor Degree with Civil engineering or Architecture Major
• Minimum 2 year working experience related to technical customer service in Duilding and construction industry
• Basic English in both wrrited and oral
